After a day of sightseeing and exploring the city, unwind and relax with a glass of wine. Tap into your youth while playing games on the arcade and Nintendo 64. Get a great night's rest in one of the two bedrooms. The entire basement is yours. The private entrance includes an enclosed front entryway. There is ample street parking both in front of the apartment and on adjoining side streets. The apartment is equipped with high speed internet, wifi, and a high definition TV with access to Netflix and Disney Plus. For those traveling with younger kids, we have a pack and play, portable high chair, toys, books, and board games available in the apartment. There's also an arcade and a Super Nintendo for the older kid in each of us. **Noisy house at times** We make every effort to limit the noise to the basement however our family of four lives upstairs. We have two children ages 6 and 9. While we did sound proof the basement ceilings, there is still some noise transfer when walking around in our living room and dining room during peak hours.

The space

The front bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. The back bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, with attached Jack and Jill bathroom. Need an extra bed for someone to sleep on? No problem! The living room couch can convert into a queen bed. The dining room table can convert from seating two to room for four.
