The home is furnished in a blend of modern and classic styles, artfully decorated, and includes wood floors throughout. BR 1 - Master bedroom has full southern exposure with great light. Double bed. 2 ample sized bureaus free for your belongings. BR 2- Spacious bedroom with double Japanese futon & tatami mat made of all natural materials as well as a large closet. Equipped with yoga props and an extensive yoga library. BR 3 - Office / work space with two desks set up in the small Bedroom (8x12). Full bath on the 2nd floor includes a tub and shower. Washer/dryer also on the 2nd floor, shared with 1 basement tenant. Open floor plan on the main level includes a kitchen for people who love to cook (spices, pantry staples, instant pot, espresso machine, vitamix, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal), breakfast bar, dining room, and half bath. Living room sofa quickly turns into a double bed for guests. Lovely yards, including lush pollinator & herb gardens, a semi-private front porch, a fig tree, a picnic table, ample seating, and a firebowl. Storage for 1 bike in a locked shed. Street parking on the block - relatively easy to find a spot most days/nights. Rent includes ultra high-speed wifi, electricity, gas, water, & compost.
