It is a 20-minute walk to Howard University Hospital. George Washington University Hospital is a 35-40 minute Metro ride. The grocery store, Georgia Ave/Petworth Metro station (the subway), library, dry cleaner, and restaurants are four blocks from the property. Several bus lines are a block away. The fully furnished bedroom is bright and spacious. All utilities are included: Wi-Fi Internet, electricity, gas, and water. In addition to the bedroom, you have access to the first-floor living area, kitchen, outdoor space. The washer/dryer is located on the lower level.
