We can't wait to welcome you to our beautiful, fully furnished apartment and vibrant neighborhood of Mt. Pleasant, DC! Overlooking the 2,000-acre wooded Rock Creek Park, this one-bedroom English basement apartment features recessed lighting, windows and doors opening to the front and back, and its own in-unit clothes washer and dryer. The vibe of the apartment is warm and pleasant, just like our safe, pretty and eclectic neighborhood! Hiking trails start just a few minutes' walk from the door, and cycling paths start a few minutes' ride away. A farmers' market, art gallery, ice cream shop, restaurants, bars, and myriad stores and services are just a short walk or drive past pretty homes, gardens and trees. Free street parking is plentiful on our block. A bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, and the bus connects to the Metro. (If you don't mind a longer walk, you can also walk straight to multiple Metro lines.) Strictly non-smoking. Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. We are also situated very close to the neighborhoods of Adams Morgan and Cleveland Park, walking distance from the pedestrian entrance to the National Zoo, and just a 15-minute drive from the National Mall and its many Smithsonian Museums and monuments.

The space

Mt. Pleasant is a beautiful, quiet, safe, yet lively neighborhood. It's full of trees and close to bike and running paths and hiking trails. The little Mt. P. commercial area has a Saturday farmers market and good restaurants and other services, including an art gallery and the National Zoo! The community is friendly and eclectic. It is adjacent to Cleveland Park, Adams Morgan, Crestwood and Columbia Heights.
