This is a beautiful house in the Manor Park neighborhood of DC, with a lovely park/woods just a block away and close to transit. Recently remodeled with all modern appliances, laundry and parking. You'll have your own bedroom with a queen bed, large closet and cedar chest, and a private bathroom just across the hall. You'll have full use of the rest of the house, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces. I live here too, along with a very sweet and mostly quiet medium-sized dog. Pets that are good with another dog in the house are welcome.

The space

This bright upstairs bedroom in a two-story house is a wonderful space to come home to. The room is outfitted with a queen bed, and a substantial closet and cedar chest for storing your things. Private bathroom is just across the hall, with a shower/tub combo. You'll have access to the full house, with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable living spaces. Off-street parking available. I have a dog, and your well-behaved pets are welcome if they can get along well with other dogs.
