Inside, the bedroom has a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, and a comfortable chair with an ottoman for reading or lounging. The bathroom is outfitted with a standing shower, single vanity, mirror, and toilet, simple and brand new. In the living room, there's another queen bed, making it easy to host a guest or crash after a long day. You'll also find two upholstered chairs, a coffee table with a lamp, and a decorative fireplace that gives the space a cozy feel. It's carpeted throughout with all-new flooring, which helps it feel warm and clean. The kitchenette setup is efficient for short or medium stays. It includes a fridge, microwave, sink, and cabinets stocked with basic utensils. A coffee maker is already there, and there's a wall-mounted table with two chairs right by the window, great for meals or working with natural light. Just so you know, there's no washer and dryer on site, but there is a laundromat located just a couple of blocks from the property. The place is fully furnished and ready to go for someone who just wants to move in and get settled quickly.
