The Wheel Room is a 1 bedroom self contained unit in a boathouse with a deck overlooking the Seneca Canal and wetlands across the canal for wild life viewing. It is a quiet area, especially during winter months when the nearby marina is closed for the season. The property is water front and backs to Catharine Trail and the school fields, with a marina on one side and wetlands on the other. You are close enough to walk to town and grocery stores, as well as the popular state park and Catharine trail. The unit is self contained and offers a queen size bed, closet for storage and bed platform has storage. There is a TV in the bedroom and living room. The living room includes 2 massage chairs and a door for entry to the dock overlooking the canal. It is your private area and includes a gas grill, dining table and chair with a sun umbrella. The galley kitchen is fully stocked. The full bath offers a large vanity, ADA compliant toilet and walk in shower. The washer and dryer is in a shared area, which also has a half bathroom. This is located nearest the Wheel Room as you pass it as you enter the boathouse to the Wheel Room door.
