Newly renovated cute, private studio/cottage on a 6 acre property. The property is located on a ridge in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains in the cool little town of Corrolitos, CA. You are free to roam the many trails around the property. Corrolitos and area is well known for its biking with amazing road/gravel and mountain biking options available. Local and popular beaches such as Rio Del Mar, Manresa, Capitola and the Santa Cruz boardwalk are only a 20 min drive away. Aptos (15 min) and Watsonville (10 min) boast cute restaurants and pubs as well as the normal conveniences. This is separate studio/cottage located in the front portion of the 6 acre property. Its very private but close to the main house. The studio has basic things available for food prep but the main house (~150 ft away) has a full kitchen (with all amenities) can be used as desired. The main house also has the washer and dryer for use by the person renting the cottage. The family who owns the place sometimes comes on the weekends but are very friendly and hospitable staying in the main house. The place is convenient to all hospitals and medical facilities in Santa Cruz through to Watsonville. We also have 2 Tesla chargers available.
