There is a separate path leading off the main path to the private entrance to the apartment. A special personalized access code will open the door. The apartment is self contained with a closet in the entryway, a full bathroom to the left and a l second bedroom area to the right. The #1 garden bedroom is through the bathroom or through the kitchenette. There is a locked door in the kitchenette which leads to the rest of the main house. Guest have access to the apartment and the court yard for sitting and eating.Carolyn and I live in the countryside area of La Selva Beach, California just south Santa Cruz over looking the picturesque and famous Monterrey Bay. It has strawberry fields , a State Camping Park area and miles of sandy beaches. We are blessed with very friendly neighbors who are part of our neighborhood organizations including bi-annual community meetings, daily internet communications and even our own water company.

The space

Your bedroom looks out to a lovely backyard garden area with seating and you can sit looking at the sunset over the ocean in the front yard. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin bed and a couch with larger TV. Internet assess is available3 as well as a desk area for work. There is a 15 minute gentle walk to the wide beach area and it is 10 minutes from Watsonville Hospital. If requested you also have access to our Sauna and steam room as well outside shower .The neighborhood is very quiet. Neighborhood: Come for a quiet neighborhood stay hearing the ocean sounds from your rooms in a brand new house and apartment. Our Apartment is a totally self contained private area with it's own entrance attached to the main house. . It is very clean and set up like a 5 star hotel accommodations. We are a short walk to the beach along Monterrey Bay and with a car you will be half way from Santa Cruz to Carmel by the Sea for shopping or entertainment with many places to visit in between.
