The lake is right across the street, hiking trails are a minute away, and the property borders an organic strawberry farm. This is a standalone space with its own entrance, front and side yard, and a large front patio for morning coffee or winding down after a long shift. Private washer/dryer, private driveway with off-street parking. Sleep well on a queen-size Avocado mattress (back-friendly), stream on the smart TV, and cook full meals in a kitchen with stove, oven, full-size fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. The cottage is colorfully decorated and sits at the end of a dead-end road, so zero cars driving by. The property is owned by my best friend, a really amazing person, who lives next door. She's super responsive to any needs you have that come up. After 36 years living in Santa Cruz, I moved into this cottage about a year ago, when she bought the property, and I absolutely love it. PERFECT weather, 12 minutes to incredible beaches where you can literally walk for miles. And across the street from beautiful Pinto Lake, easily accessed along hiking trails less than a minute drive from the cottage.
