The bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, closet, nightstand with a lamp, and a wall-mounted TV, providing a comfortable space to rest or unwind at the end of the day. The semi-private bathroom is just steps away and features a tub/shower combination; it's shared only occasionally on weekends when the landlord's son visits. Having the washer and dryer on the same floor means laundry stays easy and quick. You'll also have access to multiple shared spaces. Upstairs, there's a relaxed living area that works well as a reading nook or a bonus workspace. Downstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials for cooking at home. A dining table sits nearby for simple, everyday meals. The main living room centers around a cozy fireplace, and there's also a quiet parlor when you want a calmer spot. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps work and streaming smooth, and the landlord's tiny dog adds a friendly presence around the house. Outside, an expansive open yard provides ample space, and the fire pit, patio, and grill make it easy to enjoy warm-weather evenings. When in season the blueberry bushes in the yard make a great fresh addition to pancakes with of course local maple syrup, and the short walk to the property apple orchard is a refreshing fall activity. If you enjoy outdoor exploring, there's much to discover, plus walk from the house access to local walking/xcountry ski trails. Parking is uncovered, off-street, and right in the driveway. Winter activities abound here on the property and within a short drive. Burke mountain ski resort is 30 min drive. Cannon Mountain 50 min drive. A Snowmobile trail crosses the property and is accessible by machine from the house. There is also the backyard ski and snowboard park I build that is hours of fun and challenge.
