Our cottage is a prime location for those who want an easy commute to the VA Medical Center, Alice Peck Day Hospital or Dartmouth Medical Center combined with a beautiful, quiet and private place to chill during your time off. We are located equidistant from the charms of White River Junction with its artsy vibe, restaurants, and shopping to the more formal charms of Woodstock with skiing at Sasakadeena Six, art galleries, a golf course, and old New England atmosphere. Our cottage was built in 2012 and has lots of custom woodworking, a washer/dryer, a private deck with a gas grill, gorgeous gardens, access to the White River, and a private hiking trall perfect for a morning run. There is plenty of space for personal paraphenalia along with a completely equipped kitchen. The building is super-insulated so the heat pumps keep it nice and warm in winter and cool in summer. We are in easy walking distance to the Appalachian Trail, and easy drives to all sorts of hiking in the area. There are free outdoor music concerts in summer, professional and amateur theater, festivals, art galleries, and nature preserves. In winter, you can cross-country or downhill ski at Saskadena Six less than 15 minutes away. And we have great foliage rides in both Vermont and New Hampshire.

This is a two-story gambrel-roofed cottage nestled in gardens in a quiet neighborhood but within easy driving distance to Dartmouth College, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (Dartmouth Health) in Lebanon, NH, and the VA Medical Center in White River Junction, VT, Alice Peck Day Hospital in Lebanon, NH as well as the major commercial and recreation areas in our region.
