1600 sq ft Mediterranean Townhouse in an exclusive, small gated community located in the middle of West Hollywood. When you turn the corner from Santa Monica Boulevard, you'll enter the gates and feel like you've stepped into a quiet oasis. Walking distance to Whole Foods and many restaurants, bars and cafe's. Private back patio with a lemon tree, great to enjoy the California weather, relax or get work done. 5-10 minute drive to Cedar Sinai & Kaiser. We have two bedrooms, both on the second floor. We are in the master and you are across the hallway with your own bathroom access. ***No shared walls with other bedrooms. ****We include an Ifit Membership for you to use while you are with us. You can use it from an ipad, computer or on our Crosstraining Machine to stay in shape during your stay! I am in the Film and TV business and Amy is a teacher so we are usually working, on vacation or relaxing. We have a very sweet dog "Sky" who can either leave you alone or keep you company if you decide to leave your door open! Thank you for checking out our place!

The space

Your room is upstairs and shares no walls with another bedroom. It has a comfy queen bed, large closet, antique dresser, desk, and a 46" flat-screen TV. It looks out to the treetops and courtyard with great light all day and quiet at night. You have a private bathroom w/a deep tub and shower. Access to a large kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, and back patio (a very private space to enjoy coffee or do work). ***BONUS - we include a free IFIT membership during your stay. Neighborhood: West Hollywood is known as the "Creative City," due to its galleries and artistic residents. It's also home to world class restaurants, bars, cafes and museums. We live in a gated Townhouse that serves as a perfect, quiet retreat in walking distance to all you'll need. Permits for parking are provided, making street parking very easy. Located close to Cedars-Sinai, Kaiser, Miracle Mile Medical Center and more.
