Room · 400 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

You will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor living room with fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a gas BBQ and 2 stovetop burners, along with an outdoor sink. There is a microwave and Keurig coffee maker in addition to the mini fridge in the studio. I have two dogs who may bark upon arrival, but are gentle and loving. The house has a very nice indoor/outdoor flow and I hope to meet people who don't mind other people around a bit. I'm freelance, so I'm not necessarily at home all of the time, but when I am, I do enjoy keeping the back door open to the yard. I do also have a washer and dryer in my home that I'm happy to share. My son lives with me while attending college and has access to his studio which is in a separate building in the back yard as well. He is quiet and courteous.
