A second guest suite is located in the attic level and is occasionally used for short-term stays. A third guest suite is currently under renovation, but work is carefully planned around renters' schedules as to not cause any disturbances. Each unit is thoughtfully designed for privacy and include deadbolts on all doors that lead to private units.
