Welcome to our 2 bedroom unit with a spacious eat-in kitchen, washer & dryer, living room/dining room and 1 bath. This is the upstairs unit in a two-family house. It has central air and baseboard heating for your comfort. A private backyard with lush greenery for your enjoyment (as well as any tenants in the downstairs unit). Your furry companion is welcome (one pet allowed)! Located in a residential neighborhood with several businesses right up the street! There's a cafe, hot wings spot, acai bowls & smoothies, Italian ice, Dunkin Donuts, and several gas stations for your convenience. Downtown White Plains with all its dining options is just a short drive away. A hidden gem just a 10 minute walk from the home is the Kensico Dam Plaza, where you can stroll through nature, jog, bike, take in the fresh air, and enjoy the majestic views of the dam and the reservoir from above. You can expect friendly and timely communications and support from us. We are a husband-and-wife landlord team. Parking is easy with the newly paved driveway and free street parking both available. The driveway is shared with the tenants of the downstairs unit, if/when there are any staying there. We appreciate our tenants being respectful and considerate of each other by not making excessive noise or playing loud music, especially during the nighttime. The house was built in the fifties and sound does trave
