Cozy Homeva Chatterton WP is only a 5-minute walk to the White Plains Train Station. The house has a big patio, yard, and flowers. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has a different rate: Master Suite - $2,550 per month + one-month refundable deposit Balcony Room - $2,250 per month + one-month refundable deposit Cute Room - $1,950 per month + one-month refundable deposit Mini Room - $1,950 per month + one-month refundable deposit Double Room - $2,100 per month + one-month refundable deposit Master Suite includes a private bathroom. Balcony Room, Cute Room, and Mini Room bathroom is shared. Half price for each additional guest. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE AT OUR OTHER LOCATION (Short-term parking available upon request before booking). Additional fee for laundry ($15 per load - includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.). Smoking is allowed outside only. Full kitchen included except stove and oven.
