Cozy Homeva Kensico WP is close to the White Plains Train Station. The house has a large patio, yard, and flowers. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room has a different rate: Beautiful Room - $2,100 per month + one-month refundable deposit American Room - $1,950 per month + one-month refundable deposit Sunny Room - $1,950 per month + one-month refundable deposit Peaceful Room - $2,100 per month + one-month refundable deposit Lovely Room - $3,000 per month + one-month refundable deposit Bathroom is shared when we have guests. Half price for each additional guest. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. 1 free parking space is included. Additional fee for laundry ($15 per load - includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.). Smoking is allowed outside only. Full kitchen included except stove and oven.
