Queen size bed that has a lofty sanitized mattress topper (washed on high heat & bleach) and a LL Bean Goose Down Comforter also washed in high heat & bleach. New pillows & pillow covers (under pillow cases). Brand new Air Conditioner. T.V. on a moveable stand. Canceled Cable, crazy expensive. Will provide an Antenna if desired.
