The view of the river is lovely; in the nice weather, feel free to sit on the porch and to walk the trails up back. We're close to Brattleboro, but really feel like we're in the country. This is an old house with all the charm that brings, but we've had energy efficiency work done so it's quite cozy in chilly weather. The Post Office is just up the road and the village is full of friendly folks.

The space

A private two-room, second floor suite with attached bathroom (shower-no tub) in a mid-nineteenth century home. Front room--overlooking Dover Rd and the Rock River--has a small fridge, small convection oven, induction hot plate, counter space, microwave--and a dining table. The rear room has a double bed and a sitting area. The suite has its own access stairs through our homes front door, a short jog through our dining room. References required.
