A truly quiet environment with vacant, cottages on each side during the fall/winter/spring (our neighbors are great and are only around Memorial Day to Labor Day). Panoramic views of the immensely beautiful Willsboro Bay throughout the open floor plan. Fully stocked kitchen with dishware and pots and pans, coffee makers, oven, and two refrigerators. Open, spacious floor plan. Three bedrooms with queen beds. Full size, top-load washing machine in the middle bedroom and a full-size dryer in the storage building just outside the back door. Summer weekly rental (June - September) base rates range from $1750 - $2800. Monthly rentals (October-May) start at $2500/mo and include a $350/mo credit toward electric utility. We love dogs and would like to learn about yours before accepting them. Stays 90 days or less are subject to 8% NYS tax. Stays 30 days or less are subject to an additional 5% county tax.
