House · 1,200 sq ft · 2 beds · 1.5 baths · No pets allowed.

This is a sweet little house that is just right for a single person, couple or 3 person family who seek a quiet, rural experience for a month or 2. Its a great place to write, draw, etc. There is a large covered porch in the front of the house with distant views of the green mountains. Trees increase privacy in summer and fall months. The back of the house is all forested. The bedrooms are downstairs , one with a queen bed and another with bunk beds. There is a washer and dryer in the small bedroom, a daybed upstairs near the fireplace and a nice kitchen. The homeowner association has a pool for owners that may be made available for swimmers.
