The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a small twin size room next to the queen bedroom upstairs. The space

Please note this 2 story separate cottage is behind our main home. As for pets, we accept service animals only. We ask that pets be house trained and tenant pays a non refundable $250 fee per pet. We also rent a 350 sq ft studio in the main house. Please ask about that listing if this is too big for you. Thank you!
