The townhouse is a new build with a BBQ in the front courtyard, with patio furniture and a couple umbrellas. There is a full kitchen, but the kitchen is not big. There are two shelves in the refrigerator for renters (one shelf per renter). The pantry is small, but there is one shelf for renters to share. The couch is for myself, but there is a counter and large kitchen nook for anyone to eat /work at. Right now, I do not pay for housekeeping, but it is an extra $60 a month, unless you do your own cleaning. I have a Crockpot, an air fryer, a blender and a juicer. There is kitchen cookware for renters who like to cook. And renters have their own coffee pot/ pod coffee maker, but they will have to buy their own pods and coffee once mine run out, as well as their own creamer. There are travel coffee cups, paper plates, plastic utensils, and cups to use. The bathroom has a hair dryer if needed. There is a iron and ironing board in the laundry room. You share a bathroom with another renter.

The space

Your bedroom includes a smart tv, 28" with an amazon stick that includes my subscriptions. You have a queen bed and small end table, with two drawers, both with charging outlets. There is a small closet with two small dressers on the inside of the closet. You have a corner shelf and extra USB chargers wrapped around one of its posts. Neighborhood: The room is in an attached townhome within a row of 4 town homes, in a neighborhood of townhomes. The neighborhood is located in the city of Winchester (French Valley side). The city is unincorporated, still growing and developing. My townhouse is anywhere from 12 to 30 minutes from any medical center in Temecula, Menifee, Murrieta, or Hemet, ca. There are shopping centers anywhere from 7, 12, & 17 min in Winchester to Menifee & Murrieta.
