Welcome to Winooski, a lively, convenient area with a friendly local feel. The location is within walking distance of the bus line and close to the highway, making getting around simple. You'll have a practical residential setting while still being close to everyday stops, local food, and services. This warm, creative shared rental space features a private furnished bedroom, comfortable common areas, and a homey, artistic style throughout. From the moment you enter through the screened-in porch, the space feels inviting and personal. The porch has a relaxed, tucked-away feel, with large windows, soft string-style lighting, hanging plants, wood-paneled walls, and a dining table that seats up to four people and expands when needed. It is a great spot for morning coffee, casual meals, reading, or enjoying a little extra breathing room. There is also space on the porch that may work well for light storage, such as a bike. The private bedroom has a cozy, peaceful setup with a king bed and a DreamCloud mattress. Natural light comes in through the window, while blinds provide privacy when you want it. The room has warm wood trim, simple wall art, a dresser, a full-size mirror, a single-door closet with hangers, and a window fan. The mix of vintage details, soft bedding, and colorful textiles gives the bedroom a calm, comfortable feel without feeling plain. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances, including a toaster oven, a coffee maker, a full-size refrigerator, and a freezer. It has warm wood cabinetry, useful counter space, and a colorful, collected look with art, cooking tools, and practical storage. The bedroom is located right off the kitchen, making the layout easy and straightforward. The combined living and dining area continues the artsy style with wood floors, wall art, a dining table, two chairs, a record player, and a music system. The shared bathroom features a tub-and-shower combo with a nicer showerhead and a single vanity. Coin-operated laundry is available on site, but not inside the apartment. This is a shared space, and the host may be away for a while but will visit occasionally. A designated parking spot is included in the parking lot, with plenty of parking available. Pets may be considered depending on type and size, and must be discussed with the host. This is a welcoming, character-filled rental for someone who enjoys a furnished space with warmth, color, and personality.
