This is a new cabin, completed this spring on our charming street in Winooski! Its a private cottage in the side yard of our family house, all to yourself. Local builder New Frameworks used a creative, sustainable design with local materials in thick walls for excellent insulation to keep the place warm and quiet. Construction was done in March, and we're taking applications now. Furnishing and decor are efficient and warm, and sustainably sourced as much as possible. It has a compact fridge & freezer, combo washer-dryer, and a countertop dishwasher is available if you want. The features listed as Amenities are all ready to go. Our quiet street stops at Winooskis school, so the running track is a perk. We're walkable to all the shops, dining, and scenery of Winooski, and convenient to the university, hospital, and other major employers of Burlington.
