Nice one bedroom in a three family house with all utilities included. Laundry on site for a fee. This unit is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. I had rented to essential workers during the pandemic and really enjoyed it. I just started renting this unit again. I no longer use Airbnb as a host, however you can look at my profile on guest mode on Airbnb to see my 42 reviews as a host and 11 reviews as a guest.
