Gorgeous furnished room available in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom owner-occupied apartment in a 20-unit safe building which was originally a school. Share the apartment with a female in her early 40s - clean, respectful and friendly! There is a cat but it can be blocked off from the room. In-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, wood floors, off-street parking in a well-lit, private lot. Backyard access with picnic table and plenty of grass. Gym area in basement, with a full basketball court and various shared fitness equipment. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cooking/baking utensils. The high-ceiling living room includes a TV with Netflix, Hulu and Peacock for no additional fee. Overnight shift workers have loved this space in the past and it works well with the owner's schedule. But, all shifts/schedules are welcomed!
