The apartment is a one-bedroom unit, with a separate living area, bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom. This rental is offered for one person. There is a newer laundromat a 2 minute drive from the house. Non-smoking property. Sorry, but pets will not be considered. We have a beautiful backyard garden to enjoy in the warmer months. The Winooski town center is a 10-minute walk and has a variety of eateries and bars. Downtown Burlington and the Lake Champlain Waterfront and bike path are a short 10-minute drive. Great hiking and some of the Northeast's best skiing are within a one-hour drive (Stowe, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen). The owner of the property lives on the first level of the home and works full-time as an RN at the UVM Medical Center. This is an LGBTQ friendly property.
