Located in the beautiful, historic town of Winters. You can enjoy the relaxed downtown mood with wine bars, tap rooms and a large variety of restaurants when youve got some time to yourself after a long shift! Cottage is behind the main house with your own private entrance in alleyway. You can park on the pad outside and enter through the private side entrance. Storage-only garage has room for your bicycle, shelves for your personal items, and a washer and dryer. Full kitchen with gas range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and full size refrigerator. Nice sized living room with full size sofa, 2 chairs, Smart TV, desk and chair. Bedroom has Queen size bed with linens and pillows, sitting area, dresser and plenty of closet space. Kitchen is set up with anything youll need for your stay, whether you're in the mood to cook or not. Bathroom has fresh linens, and blow dryer. There is a friendly dog belonging to the main house, but no other pets are allowed on the premises.
