This is a room for rent inside a warm, wood-accented home with a cozy, lived-in feel, set on a large rural property at the end of a dead-end road. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a desk, a dresser, and a chair, providing a comfortable setup for both rest and daily routines. The shared bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a single vanity with ample storage, making it practical for everyday use. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and settle in, including a fridge, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a large kitchen island that works well for prep or casual meals. There's also a dining table with seating for six. The living area feels inviting, with a TV, a sofa, chairs, a coffee table, and central heating to make it cozier. The property spans 125 acres and features wide-open spaces, a pond, hiking trails, berry bushes, and a barn. Outside, there's a deck, a porch with seating, a spacious yard surrounded by trees, and a patio area with a gas grill, great for enjoying the outdoors or unwinding after the day. Pets live on-site, including three friendly and quiet golden retrievers. They are kept downstairs, and the rented room is upstairs, with a gate in place to keep them out. There is a washer and dryer. Utilities and internet are included. This home is best suited to someone who enjoys a slower pace and spending time outdoors, and who appreciates a beautiful setting with incredible mountain views.
