The rental fee for this property is $1500/month for one person. I would consider two people, but we would need to have a conversation about this, and the rent would increase to $1900/month. The property is on a private road, within walking distance to Lake Elmore and Elmore Mountain. If you are looking at winter months, I would recommend a vehicle with snow tires or four wheel drive. There is snowshoeing, cross country skiing and hiking out the front door. The area is safe, private, and peaceful. I am a school teacher, who works days with weekends, vacation and summers off. The apartment is the upstairs of a cape. I live in the downstairs. The apartment has its own private entrance. There are two furnished rooms, and a bathroom. One room contains a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, and coffee pot. There is a locked door which provides access to my living space, the kitchen and the laundry area. The tenant will have access to the washer and dryer, in the basement of the house. In addition, the tenant may share my full kitchen space. The tenant will have access to the back deck, the yard, garden space, outdoor barrel sauna, and a fire pit. There are also chickens and fresh eggs available, and in the summer time, plenty of extra vegetables from the garden
