With stunning views of Lake Ontario from every room, our fully renovated and modernized "Shining Waters Lake House" is a retreat like no other. Wrap around sliders & windows bring incredible views into the cottage style living room and ample windows in every room guarantees you will always hear the waves. We are located right on the water with direct Lake access and a boat launch. As the last house on a private road, we are "tucked away" from busy Lake Rd but Niagara Falls is just 15 mins away! Our fully renovated, inviting, modern and large open concept living room, sitting room and kitchen space has an abundance of sunlight that pours through skylights and windows. With views you will never get tired of and enough space to accommodate family of any size, your stay at our Lake Home will be one to be remembered. The cottage style living room with rich warm wood walls has 270 degree views of the shining waters of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline! The glorious sunsets are unique and captivating. Lounge on the luxurious leather recliners in the living room to soak in the views during day and get lost in the magical view of the fully lit Toronto skyline at night. Cleverly masquarading :) as a lamp, Sonos wifi speaker lets you enjoy your music collection while you are relaxing. You'll have to leave the amazing views to come in to cook but the full kitchen has everything youll need to prepare a meal - if you feel like tearing yourself away from the sights and sounds of the lake! Or just have take out and stay on the lake shore, no worries - we don't judge! The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and full master bathroom. The custom made king sized headboard is matched with antique french provincial style dressers and side table, creating a unique, warm and luxurious space. You'll feel like royalty even before you sink into the cloud like mattress! The master bath is fully renovated, bright and stylish. The first floor also features a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and a toddler bed. Our pressure relieving green tea infused memory foam mattress will provide the sleep of your dreams. The main hallway has a brand new full bathroom with a spacious shower and stylish modern finishes. The breezeway through the kitchen leads to a dedicated workspace in the east wing which can be used as the 5th bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. We also have high-speed internet with full MESH wifi coverage! The second floor has 2 large bedrooms with 2 queen beds each, large closets and a full bathroom(3rd). - The 3rd bed room of the house is the first on the 2nd floor hallway. There are 2 queen beds with custom antique farmhouse doors as headboards and our favorite memory foam mattress strikes again. - The 4th bedroom is the "fun" bedroom (We call it coastal room!) with modern coastal decor, 2 queen beds and just a lot of laketitude! The deck facing the lake has plenty of seating for you and family to enjoy the views but the our favorite is the newly built stone fire pit and the Adirondack chairs. You will not want to go anywhere once you have mesmerized yourself with the shimmering sunset from these chairs. This private lake house with private water access is all yours to enjoy. Come and relax, leave refreshed and renewed. It's just what the soul needs! We welcome traveling Nurses and Doctors! Follow us @ShiningWatersLakeHouse
