KITCHEN-This newly remodeled apartment features a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining nook. Complete with a full sized range stove, full sized fridge, coffee maker and microwave, it has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. LIVING AREA- The space features a full sized bed, a Smart Roku TV , wifi , and dresser. It has a seating area with a full sized sleeper sofa/futon for your convenience. You will also find a spacious closet. The hallway between the living area and bathroom features a nook with additional storage space. BATHROOM- Our luxurious bathroom is top of the line with an extra large tub and tile to complete a modern look. The brand new extra large vanity and sink boast new marble countertops. A hair dryer, towels, basic toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. In this space you will also find your very own washer and dryer. GROUNDS- Feel safe in our beautiful gated property in a great neighborhood. This will be your home away from home, so safety should be at the top of your list. There are only a few houses on the property with big distances between each. NOTE:Your studio is an attached ADU to one of the houses but a completely separate space with its own entrance (think of it like a duplex). You will also have a private patio with patio table and chairs and a dedicated parking space on the property. Our goal is for you to feel at home and enjoy your stay, so please let us know if you have any questions or if you have any special requests. GET TO KNOW OUR NEIGHBORHOOD Out property is right in the border of Yucaipa, CA and Redlands, CA. It is right off the freeway and conveniently located minutes away from fine dining and shopping and many attractions. Our property is a few minutes away from Downtown Redlands where you can walk and shop in the cutest area with many great restaurants and free concerts in the summer! We are also minutes away from Mountain Grove Plaza in Redlands where you can find a wide range of shops from Target to Home Goods to Banana Republic and more! If you want outlet shops, you can drive about 25 minutes to Cabazon Outlets. We are also one hour away from Palm Springs and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Beach! If you drive about 15 minutes up the mountain you will find the cute town of Oak Glenn, where you can enjoy seasonal apple picking, visit the snow (in the winter) and find great hiking trails. Thats all in addition to being close to many Hospitals and medical facilities. It truly is a perfect place to enjoy your time here! CONSIDERATIONS Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. But please let me know if you need a different time and I will do my best to accommodate. *Note that there is one dog on premises that resides with main home owner, but is well-trained and only has access to a separate/fenced private patio located on the side of the property. He is let out at night to roam the property . FEES $500 Security Deposit | $250 one time cleaning fee paid at the end of your stay with last months rent. HOUSE RULES: -no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property -no pet policy -no parties or events allowed -2 occupants maximum -out of consideration to neighbors, quiet hours begin at 9pm -do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property *Security deposit will be forfeited and additional fees may be incurred if breach of any of these rules occurs, you may be asked to vacate premises* BOOKING A valid photo ID is required for each guest staying in the unit and must be presented upon booking.
